7/21 阿爾卑斯山脈的美麗句點 By Andre – 隨團顧問 Fussen is a small town nestled in the Bavarian Alps a few kilometers from the Austrian border. The traditional architecture of the old town center is a huge drawcard for tourists, but equally impressive is the surrounding lush green countryside, which is dotted with iridescent lakes and rushing rivers. The locality of Fussen is probably most well-known as the home of Schloss Neuschwanstein, a fairy-tale castle perched high above the valley floor. It is instantly recognizable, and is one of Germany’s most iconic sights. This is where we ended off our trip, and it proved to be a definite highlight. After spending the night in a quaint little hostel, we rented some bikes and set off early in the morning to discover the incredibly scenic countryside. Under sunny skies, we rode through a patchwork of green pastures and forests. We felt truly energized as we explored the narrow bicycle paths that crisscross the meadows and woods. After an hour of exhilarating cycling, we reached our first port of call: the Tegelberg cableway. We purchased our round trip tickets, and then hopped aboard the aerial gondola which whisked us up to the lofty heights of Tegelberg, from where we had expansive views of Southern Bavaria. |
